Ingredients:
For Vegetables:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 green Chilli
- 1/2 bunch mint paste
- Broccoli
- Salt
- Red chili
- Coriander powder Bell peppers
For Paneer Marination:
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp kasoori methi 100 gm paneer
Method:
- Take all the veggies as per ingredients and saute in a pan along with mint paste and keep aside.
- Now take the marinated paneer and roast seperatley on tawa.
- Take a bowl and add sauted veggies.
- Now place the marinated roasted panner on top of it.
- Your paneer pudina bowl is ready.
