Paneer Pudina Bowl

Ingredients:

For Vegetables: 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 onion 
  • 1 green Chilli 
  • 1/2 bunch mint paste 
  • Broccoli 
  • Salt 
  • Red chili 
  • Coriander powder Bell peppers 
 For Paneer Marination:
  • 2 tbsp Curd 
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi 100 gm paneer

Method:

  • Take all the veggies as per ingredients and saute in a pan along with mint paste and keep aside.
  • Now take the marinated paneer and roast seperatley on tawa.
  • Take a bowl and add sauted veggies.
  • Now place the marinated roasted panner on top of it.
  • Your paneer pudina bowl is ready.
