Ingredients:
- 3-4 Green Chillies (adjust as per spice tolerance)
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- Coarse Salt (to taste)
- Lots of Coriander & Coriander Stems
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Paneer – 200 g
- A little Oil
Methods:
- Roast the Ingredients: In a pan, dry roast the peanuts, garlic cloves, and green chillies until lightly golden and aromatic.
- Crush the Mix: Transfer the roasted ingredients to a deep marble pot (mortar and pestle). Add coriander, coriander stems, lime juice, and coarse salt. Crush everything into a coarse paste.
- Coat the Paneer: Cut the paneer into cubes and coat it thoroughly with the prepared paste.
- Cook the Paneer: Heat minimal oil in a tawa (pan) and roast the coated paneer cubes on medium flame until lightly golden on all sides.
