Ingredients:
- (100g) boiled green peas
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1.5 tbsp tomato
- 1/4 tsp olive oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Green chilli to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
Method:
- Boil (100g) fresh green peas with little salt.
- Add all the ingredients and mix them well in a bowl.
- For tempering, in a pan add oil.
- Roast peanuts them for 1-2 min, and add it to mixture bowl and it’s ready to serve.
