Pumpkin Parantha

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
  • Green Chilli – 3 (chopped)
  • Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ajwain – 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Amchur Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ghee

Method:

  • Combine 1 cup wheat flour with 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • Add grated ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt to taste
  • Knead the mixture into a smooth dough
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles
  • Heat a tawa and cook the paranthas with ghee until golden brown on both sides
  • Serve hot with your favorite chutney or curd. Enjoy your pumpkin paranthas!
