Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
- Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
- Green Chilli – 3 (chopped)
- Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
- Ajwain – 1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Amchur Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt
- Ghee
Method:
- Combine 1 cup wheat flour with 1 cup pumpkin puree
- Add grated ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt to taste
- Knead the mixture into a smooth dough
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles
- Heat a tawa and cook the paranthas with ghee until golden brown on both sides
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or curd. Enjoy your pumpkin paranthas!
