Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds in milk 6-7 hrs or overnight)
- 1 tsp honey
- Blueberries, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds
- Pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
- Cook ragi flour with a little water until thickened, let it cool.
- Mix with soaked chia seeds, honey, and cardamom.
- Top with blueberries, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds.
- Serve chilled!
