Ragi Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds in milk 6-7 hrs or overnight)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Blueberries, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds
  • Pinch of cardamom powder

Method:

  • Cook ragi flour with a little water until thickened, let it cool.
  • Mix with soaked chia seeds, honey, and cardamom.
  • Top with blueberries, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Serve chilled!
