Ingredients:
For batter –
- 1/4 cup ragi flour
- 1/4 cup oats flour
- 1/4 cup sooji
- Onion
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Green chillies
Paneer filling –
- Paneer
- Onions
- Salt and pepper
Serve with coconut chutney and green chutney
Method:
- Mix ragi flour, oats flour, and sooji with water to form a smooth batter; add onions, coriander, ginger and green chillies.
- Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Saute onions, add crumbled paneer, salt and pepper for the filling.
- Spread the batter thin layer on a heated pan and cook until golden then flip.
- Add the paneer filling, fold and serve with coconut or green chutney.
