Ragi Murmura Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup makhana
  • 1 cup poha
  • 1 cup ragi murmura
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted nuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumkin seeds
For Tadka:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp saunf
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp aamchoor powder
  • 7-8 curry leaves

Methods:

  • Roast: Air-fry makhana, poha, ragi murmura, peanuts, and seeds until crisp.
  • Tadka: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, saunf, turmeric, chili powder, and curry leaves. Let it crackle.
  • Mix: Add the tadka to the roasted ingredients and mix well.
  • Season: Sprinkle salt and aamchoor powder. Toss and let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy a wholesome, crunchy snack anytime!
