Ingredients:
- 1 cup makhana
- 1 cup poha
- 1 cup ragi murmura
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup roasted nuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumkin seeds
For Tadka:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp saunf
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp aamchoor powder
- 7-8 curry leaves
Methods:
- Roast: Air-fry makhana, poha, ragi murmura, peanuts, and seeds until crisp.
- Tadka: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, saunf, turmeric, chili powder, and curry leaves. Let it crackle.
- Mix: Add the tadka to the roasted ingredients and mix well.
- Season: Sprinkle salt and aamchoor powder. Toss and let it cool completely.
