Ingredients:
- Whole wheat roti
- Chopped yellow, red & green capsicum
- Sweet corn
- Onion slices
- Pizza sauce
- Cheese
- Oregano & chili flakes
Methods:
- Take a roti and spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, corn).
- Sprinkle cheese generously.
- Season with oregano and chili flakes.
- Cook on a pan on low flame with a lid on, until cheese melts.
