Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat roti
  • Chopped yellow, red & green capsicum
  • Sweet corn
  • Onion slices
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cheese
  • Oregano & chili flakes

Methods:

  • Take a roti and spread pizza sauce evenly.
  • Add chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, corn).
  • Sprinkle cheese generously.
  • Season with oregano and chili flakes.
  • Cook on a pan on low flame with a lid on, until cheese melts.
