Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled Rajmah
- 2 Green chilli
- 80gms Paneer
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
Mash all the ingredients well and spread the mixture on roti.
Place the roti with the spread side up on a hot tawa, cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook until crispy and golden.
For Hung curd:
- Finely chopped Onion
- Finely chopped Capsicum
- Mexican seasoning
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
