Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Sattu
- Few leaves of Mint
- Small pc Ginger
- Green chilli
- Water
- Curd
- Black pepper
- Pink Salt
- Jeera powder
Method:
- Add sattu, mint, ginger, green chilli and water into a mixer and give it a nice blend
- Then add this mixture to the cuddled curd, Black pepper, pink salt and jeera powder
- Pour the sattu chaas into glasses
- Add ice cubes and serve cold
