Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sattu
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chillies
- Small pc of Ginger
- 2 tbsp Mango pickle masala
Method:
- In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup sattu, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 finely chopped green chillies, and the grated ginger
- Add 2 teaspoons of mango pickle masala and salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients well. Add a little water, a spoonful at a time, to bind the mixture. The filling should be moist but not too wet
- Take one dough ball of wheat flour, dust it with flour, and roll it out into a small circle
- Place a spoonful of the sattu filling in the center of the rolled dough
- Heat a tawa or flat skillet over medium heat
- Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook
- Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side
- Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy
