Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes (boiled, peeled and sliced into round pieces)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin (jeera) powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
- Boil, peel, and slice sweet potatoes into round pieces.
- Mix salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala to prepare the masala.
- Heat 1 tsp ghee on a tawa, roast sweet potato slices and sprinkle the masala on top.
- In a small pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add cumin seeds, green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Mix the sweet potatoes and top with lemon juice.
- Serve and enjoy!
