Ingredients:
- 100 grams paneer
- Vegetables (grated carrots, boiled peas, finaly chopped capsicum)
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
- 2-3 tbsp rice flour/suji
- Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt as per taste
- Water (only if required)
While Cooking:
- Ghee – to shallow fry the kababs/tawa roast
Method:
- Take a bowl, add crumbled paneer.
- Then add all the veggies, green chilli ginger & garlic paste, rice flour/suji, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder & mix it well.
- If required, you can add little water.
- Make small kababs & shallow fry them on a pan with little ghee. Or roasted on tawa.
- Cook them well on both sides till they get golden brown.
- Serve it hot with mint chutney & enjoy.
