Ingredients:
- Roti – 2
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds/jeera – 1/2 tbsp
- Spring onion – 1 chopped finely
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Mixed veggies – 1.5 cups sliced thinly
- Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder –1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle in some cumin seeds.
- Add in spring onion and saute for a min. Add in ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
- Add in veggies and toss well. Cook this for 5 to 6 mins. Add in spice powders and mix well.
- Now, the filling is done. Now take your roti, spoon some filling in and roll it, secure it with a foil.
- Serve hot.
