4 Eggs

Veggies (Tomato, carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage or lettuce)

Onion Chopped 1 Small

Green Capsicum Sliced Thinly 1/2 Medium

Fresh Red Chillies Crushed 1 tbsp.

Salt to Taste
Method:
- Take one microwave proof bowl (katori) or Idli mold.
- Break all the eggs into bowl, whisk them and sprinkle salt, crushed red chillies, and add veggies toit.
- Or add veggies in the bowl and pour the whisked egg mixture on the top of the veggies.
- Sprinkles some more crushed red chillies and keep the bowl in the microwave and cook, uncovered, on Microwave MEDIUM (60%) for two minutes.
- Serve hot.
