Ingredients:
- Egg whites – 3
- Chopped onion – 1 medium
- Chopped tomato – 1 medium
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Beat egg whites well, add salt and mix well.
- Make one omelet and once cooked completely, keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add onions. Sauté until it becomes translucent.
- Add tomato and sauté for a min. Add pepper powder and turmeric powder, salt, and sauté for a min.
- Finally, add this mixture into the thin omelet and roll it properly, serve hot!
