Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup paneer
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- Handful blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 tsp seeds (sunflower/pumpkin)
- Few pistachios & berries
- + 1 magical superfood (spirulina)
Methods:
- Blend milk, paneer, protein, honey, blueberries & the magical superfood (spirulina)
- Mix in chia seeds. Let it thicken 15–20 mins.
- Line a glass with banana slices.
- Pour in the mix.
- Top with seeds, pistachios & berries. Chill & enjoy!
