Sprouts Tikki Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouts (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • ½ capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 small carrot (chopped)
  • 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
  • ½ cup besan + spices (salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala)
  • Paneer slices
  • Oil/ghee for greasing

 

Method (concise):

  1. Chop all veggies + sprouts
  2. Mix with besan + spices → make a thick batter.
  3. Cook on a greased tawa → top with paneer → flip till golden.
  4. ⁠Serve with curd, imli chutney, homemade mint chutney, a sprinkle of jeera powder & some fresh pomegranate.
