Sprouts Tikki Chaat
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouts (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- ½ capsicum (chopped)
- 1 small carrot (chopped)
- 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
- ½ cup besan + spices (salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala)
- Paneer slices
- Oil/ghee for greasing
Method (concise):
- Chop all veggies + sprouts
- Mix with besan + spices → make a thick batter.
- Cook on a greased tawa → top with paneer → flip till golden.
- Serve with curd, imli chutney, homemade mint chutney, a sprinkle of jeera powder & some fresh pomegranate.
