Summer Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted chana
- 1 cup roasted makhana
- 15 almonds
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup jaggery powder
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp cardamom
Method
- Grind chana, makhana & almonds. Roast in ghee for 2 mins, add coconut & roast 1 min.
- Melt jaggery with water, strain & cook for 1–2 mins.
- Turn off the heat, mix in the roasted mixture & cardamom, then shape into ladoos while warm.
Enjoy 1 ladoo daily!
