Summer Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted chana
  • 1 cup roasted makhana
  • 15 almonds
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup jaggery powder
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp cardamom

 

Method

  1. Grind chana, makhana & almonds. Roast in ghee for 2 mins, add coconut & roast 1 min.
  2. Melt jaggery with water, strain & cook for 1–2 mins.
  3. Turn off the heat, mix in the roasted mixture & cardamom, then shape into ladoos while warm.
