Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

For Salad:

  • Apples – 2 large (cubed, with skin)
  • Grapes – 1 cup (cut & deseeded)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Honey – 1–1½ tsp

For Dressing:

  • Cashews – ¼ cup (35g)
  • Paneer – 75g (cubed)
  • Milk – 2–3 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 small lemon

Additional:

Basil leaves – 5–6

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine apples and grapes. Add salt, black pepper, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. For the dressing, boil cashews for 5 mins. Blend them with paneer, milk, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Add chopped walnuts to the apple-grape mixture.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix gently.
  5. Garnish with basil.

 

Serve fresh and enjoy!
