Bael Sharbat
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Bael (wood apple)
- Water as needed
- 1 tsp black salt
- 2 tsp desi khand/sugar
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Break the Bael and scoop out the pulp.
- Add water and blend/mash until smooth.
- Strain if desired.
- Mix in black salt, khand, and lemon juice.
- Add ice and serve chilled.
