Baked Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Frans bean (French beans), chopped, blanched
  • Cauliflower , diced
  • Cabbage shredded
  • Mushrooms, sliced thin
  • Oil
  • Zera
  • Onions, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Oregano/ajwain leaves, chopped
  • Green chilli, finely chopped to taste
  • Atta, roasted slightly
  • Skimmed milk
  • Bread crumbs,Dried powdered
  • Tomato,sliced for garnishing

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 160 c/325 F
  • Mix the milk into the flour gradually, to avoid lumps,bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.
  • Heat the oil, Add the zeera. When it splutters, add the onions and stir-roast over high heat , till well covered with oil.
  • Add vegetables and mushrooms and continue to stir-over high heat, till the vegetables are half cooked.
