Ingredients:
– Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) – 1 bar
– Fresh blueberries – 1 cup
Method:
1️⃣ Temper or melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
2️⃣ Add fresh blueberries to the melted chocolate and coat them well.
3️⃣ Spoon small clusters onto a tray lined with butter paper.
4️⃣ Freeze for 30–45 minutes or until set.
