MUSHROOM SAUCE – INGREDIENTS
- 4–5 soaked cashews
- 2 soaked dry red chillies
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (soaked)
- 50g paneer
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp butter
- 2–3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp onion
- Salt, black pepper
- Coriander & green chilli
METHOD
1. Blend soaked cashews, chillies, sesame & paneer.
2. Sauté garlic & onion in butter.
3. Add mushrooms, season & cook.
4. Add creamy paste. Mix & cook well.
5. Garnish with coriander & green chilli.
HERBED RICE – INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 2 tbsp bell peppers
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt & pepper
METHOD
1. Sauté garlic, coriander & bell peppers in butter.
2. Add spices & mix.
3. Add rice & combine well.
