Fruit Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw makhana
- 8 cashews
- 1 cup soaked & peeled almonds
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3 tbsp honey or 2 soaked dates or 4–5 soaked raisins
- 1.5 glass milk of you choice (add almond milk for a vegan alternate)
- 1 bowl fruits of choice (apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate etc.)
Method
- In a bowl add makhana, almonds, cashews, strawberries, milk and either soaked raisins or soaked dates.
- Let everything soak for 20 minutes so the makhana softens.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into a serving bowl.
- If you did not add dates or raisins while soaking, add honey now and mix well.
- Add chopped fruits of your choice.
- Chill slightly and serve cold
