Healthy Mango Popsicle

Here’s your healthy Mango Popsicle recipe.

Perfect for kids, weight loss, & a guilt-free summer treat!

Ingredients:

  • 400g Greek yogurt
  • 2 large Alphonso mangoes (pulp of 1.5 blended, 0.5 chopped)
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Method:

  • Blend 1.5 mangoes into a smooth pulp.
  • Mix the pulp with Greek yogurt and honey
  • Add chopped mango pieces to the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
