Healthy Millet Noodles Recipe – Wholesome, Tasty & Totally Guilt-Free! 💚
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ¼ cup cabbage
- ¼ cup red, yellow & green bell peppers
- Salt & black pepper as per taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 cup cooked millet noodles
- 100g tofu (lightly coated with soy sauce)
- Garnish: spring onion & sesame seeds
Method:
- Heat olive oil and sauté garlic
- Add veggies and cook till semi-tender
- Season with salt, pepper & soy sauce
- Add millet noodles and tofu, mix well
- Garnish with spring onion & sesame seeds – enjoy hot!
