Recipe of Rice Paneer Bowl
- 100gm Low Fat Paneer
- 1/2 tsp chilli oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt/curd
- 1 tbsp besan
For Salad
- 1 cucumber (1/2 sliced)
- 1 onion 1/2 sliced
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt/curd
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- Some fresh coriander
- 1 tsp chilli garlic oil
For Herbed Jeera Rice
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Some fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
