Recipe of Rice Paneer Bowl

  • 100gm Low Fat Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp chilli oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt/curd
  • 1 tbsp besan

For Salad 

  • 1 cucumber (1/2 sliced)
  • 1 onion 1/2 sliced
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt/curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Some fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp chilli garlic oil

For Herbed Jeera Rice

  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1/3 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Some fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
