Recipe of High Protein Bread Rolls

  • 2 oats-wheat bread slices
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 small boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 80g paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)

Salt, black pepper & chaat masala – to taste

Method :

  1. Mix mashed potato, paneer, onion, green chilli & spices
  2. Trim bread edges, slightly wet & flatten
  3. Add stuffing, roll, seal, and toast on a pan with olive oil
  4. Cook until golden brown – enjoy with curd or chutney
