Idli Shakshuka
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 100 g paneer
- 2 green chillies
- 5–6 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 soaked Kashmiri red chilli
- Idli/dosa batter
- Salt
- Oil
For tadka :
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
Method
- Blend tomato, onion, paneer, green chilli, garlic, ginger & Kashmiri chilli into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Pour the blended gravy, add salt and cook for a few minutes.
- Add spoonfuls of idli batter into the gravy, cover and cook till set.
- Finish with a quick tadka on top once the idlis are set.
