Jowar Prantha
Ingredients:
- ½ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup grated beetroot
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 120g grated paneer
- ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp crushed ajwain
- ¼ cup sattu/besan
- 1 cup Jowar Atta
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp oil + extra for cooking
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add water & knead into a soft dough.
- Apply oil on parchment paper & press dough flat with wet fingers.
- Cook on a hot tawa with ghee on both sides till golden.
- Serve hot with dahi, chutney, or achar.
