Kuttu Ka Chilla

Ingredients:

  • 20 gm Buckwheat flour or kuttu ka Atta.
  • 1 grated Radish
  • 1 tbsp of yoghurt
  • Water
  • Salt or Sendha salt
  • Green chillies

Method:

  • Make a batter by mixing buckwheat flour with water and yoghurt.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Then add grated Radish to it
  • Pour the batter on the pan and spread it just the way you do it for Dosa
  • Flip it over when it is cooked from one side
  • You can have the chilla either with curd or tomato chutney.
