Lauki Chilla
Ingredients
- Grated Bottle Gourd (Lauki)
- Grated Carrot
- Sliced Onion
- Chopped Cabbage
- Chopped Coriander
- Gram Flour (Besan)
- Curd
- Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
- Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Method:
- In a bowl, first add grated lauki.
- Add grated carrot, sliced onion, cabbage, and chopped coriander.
- Mix in gram flour (besan) and curd.
- Season with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and kasuri methi.
- Mix it and Make a batter and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Heat a tawa, spread a little oil, and pour the batter into a round chilla.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with curd or homemade mint chutney.
