- Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Water 2 cups
- Onions, finely chopped
- Lemon juice
- Chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- Lettuce/ green coriander, broken into small pieces
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the mushrooms, onions, lemon juices, chilli, sauce, salt and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for one minute.
- Put ¼ tbsp of lettuce/ green coriander in each soup bowl, fill with soup and serve hot.
