Lemon-Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • Water 2 cups
  • Onions, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Chilli sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Lettuce/ green coriander, broken into small pieces

Method:

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the mushrooms, onions, lemon juices, chilli, sauce, salt and black pepper.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for one minute.
  • Put 1/4 tbsp of lettuce/ green coriander in each soup bowl, fill with soup and serve hot.
