Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats or quick oats
- 1/2 cup low cal muesli
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. mixed seeds i.e. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds etc.
- 1/2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp curd
- Any 1 fruit of your choice i.e. berries, banana, apple, pomegranate, papaya 9. 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped nuts – almonds, walnuts or raisins.
Method:
- Combine oats, muesli, seeds, cinnamon, and curd in a large bowl/container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, add fresh chopped fruit of your choice.
