Millet Bowl
Ingredients
- Millet
- 1 cup millet
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt & pepper
- Rajma
- 1 cup boiled rajma
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- Salt, pepper & red chilli powder
Sautéed Veggies
- Bell peppers, carrot, broccoli, French beans, onion (or veggies of choice)
- Salt & pepper
- Paneer
- 50 g paneer, cubed
- Salt & pepper
- Salsa
- Onion, tomato, coriander
- Salt, pepper & lemon juice
- Herbed Hung Curd
- ½ cup hung curd
- Salt, pepper & mixed herbs
Method
- Cook millet with bay leaf, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
- Sauté rajma with onion, tomato, and spices for 3–4 minutes.
- Sauté veggies with salt and pepper until slightly tender.
- Lightly sauté paneer with salt and pepper.
- Mix ingredients for salsa and hung curd separately.
