Millet Bowl

 

Ingredients

 

  • Millet
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt & pepper
  • Rajma
  • 1 cup boiled rajma
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • Salt, pepper & red chilli powder

 

Sautéed Veggies

  • Bell peppers, carrot, broccoli, French beans, onion (or veggies of choice)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paneer
  • 50 g paneer, cubed
  • Salt & pepper
  • Salsa
  • Onion, tomato, coriander
  • Salt, pepper & lemon juice
  • Herbed Hung Curd
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • Salt, pepper & mixed herbs

 

Method

  1. Cook millet with bay leaf, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
  2. Sauté rajma with onion, tomato, and spices for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Sauté veggies with salt and pepper until slightly tender.
  4. Lightly sauté paneer with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix ingredients for salsa and hung curd separately.

Assemble

Layer millet, rajma, veggies, and paneer in a bowl. Top with salsa and herbed hung curd. Serve fresh.
