No Bread Burger

Ingredients for Burger Base : 

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds (ground)
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower + pumpkin seeds

 

How to make (2 mins prep):

  1.  Mix everything well.
  2.  Pour into a small greased bowl.
  3. Microwave 90–120 seconds.
  4. Slice + toast if you like it crisp

 

For the Burger, once your bread is ready : 

 

Ingredients: 

  • Mint chutney
  • Lettuce 
  • High protein dip (Recipe on website) 
  • Tomato slice 
  • Onion slice 
  • Paneer cubes 
  • Salt & pepper  

Method : 

  1. Cut the bread in half 
  2. ⁠Apply mint chutney, top it with lettuce
  3. ⁠Apply High protein dip on top
  4. ⁠Add sliced Tomato, Onion, Paneer cubes, Salt & Pepper to taste. 
  5. Serve fresh
