Ingredients for Burger Base :
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds (ground)
- 1 egg
- Pinch of baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower + pumpkin seeds
How to make (2 mins prep):
- Mix everything well.
- Pour into a small greased bowl.
- Microwave 90–120 seconds.
- Slice + toast if you like it crisp
For the Burger, once your bread is ready :
Ingredients:
- Mint chutney
- Lettuce
- High protein dip (Recipe on website)
- Tomato slice
- Onion slice
- Paneer cubes
- Salt & pepper
Method :
- Cut the bread in half
- Apply mint chutney, top it with lettuce
- Apply High protein dip on top
- Add sliced Tomato, Onion, Paneer cubes, Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Serve fresh
