Roti Garlic bread

 

Ingredients

  • 1 leftover roti

 

For Garlic Butter

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Pinch of chili flakes & oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chopped coriander

 

For Cheesy Filling

  • 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp boiled corn
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

 

Method

  1. Make Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic, chili flakes, oregano, and coriander.
  2. Spread some garlic butter on the roti.
  3. Add the veggies and cheese on one half of the roti and fold it.
  4. Apply some garlic butter on top of the folded.
  5. Toast on a pan until golden brown and crispy.
