Roti Garlic bread
Ingredients
- 1 leftover roti
For Garlic Butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of chili flakes & oregano
- 1/2 tsp chopped coriander
For Cheesy Filling
- 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
- 1 tbsp boiled corn
- 1/2 tbsp chopped olives
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Method
- Make Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic, chili flakes, oregano, and coriander.
- Spread some garlic butter on the roti.
- Add the veggies and cheese on one half of the roti and fold it.
- Apply some garlic butter on top of the folded.
- Toast on a pan until golden brown and crispy.
