Roti Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 4 simple chappatis (cut)
  • 2 onion (sliced)
  • 2 capsicum (sliced)
  • 4 carrots juliens
  • ½ cabbage juliens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillied powder
  • Garam masala
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Method:

  • Heat the oil and sauté onions and then add capsicum ,carrots and cabbage,Add all the seasonings sauces.Then add Chappati noodles and mix well.
  • Note: Roll the chappati s and cut it length wise with pizza cutter.
