Sattu drink
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sattu (roasted gram flour)
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- Black salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6–7 mint leaves (chopped)
- 2 cups chilled water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Mix sattu, roasted cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a jug.
- Gradually add chilled water while stirring well to avoid lumps. Add ice cubes and serve fresh.
