Skin Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
- Kesar – 5-6 strands
- Elaichi – 7-8 pods
- Ginger – 1.5 inch
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Mulethi – 1 tsp
- Ashwagandha – 1 tsp
How to make:
Boil everything in 1 cup water for 10–15 mins, strain, cool & freeze into cubes.
Daily: melt 1 cube in warm water
