Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:

  • Green Dal sprouted 1 cup
  • Veggies/Fruit (Onion, tomato, cucumber, apple, anar)
  • Roasted Zeera Powder 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder To Taste
  • Hari Mirch To Taste
  • Chopped Hara Dhania 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Method:

  • Soak green dal in water overnight for 1 to 2 days. Drain water. Cook green dal until tender. Drain excess water.
  • Mix all the ingredients, except hara dhania.
  • Garnish with hara dhania and serve.
