- Green Dal sprouted 1 Cup
- Veggies/Fruit (Onion, tomato, cucumber, apple, anar)
- Roasted Zeera Powder 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder To Taste
- Hari Mirch To Taste
- Chopped Hara Dhania ¼ Cup
- Lemon Juice To Taste
- Salt To Taste
- Soak green dal in water overnight for 1 to 2 days. Drain water. Cook green dal until tender. Drain excess water.
- Mix all the ingredients, except hara dhania.
- Garnish with hara dhania and serve.
