Poha Uttapam recipe perfect for weight loss!
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp suji (semolina)
- 1/2 cup poha
- 3 tbsp curd
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp eno fruit salt
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- ¼ tsp peri peri masala (optional)
Method (super simple):
Mix suji + curd and let it rest for 10 minutes. Add salt + eno and mix gently. Pour the batter on a hot tawa, top with grated veggies + masala. Flip and cook both sides until golden. Serve hot with homemade green chutney.
