Millet Noodles

Healthy Millet Noodles Recipe – Wholesome, Tasty & Totally Guilt-Free! 💚
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  •  ¼ cup cabbage
  •  ¼ cup red, yellow & green bell peppers
  •  Salt & black pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked millet noodles
  • 100g tofu (lightly coated with soy sauce)
  • Garnish: spring onion & sesame seeds
Method:
  1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic
  2. Add veggies and cook till semi-tender
  3. Season with salt, pepper & soy sauce
  4. Add millet noodles and tofu, mix well
  5. Garnish with spring onion & sesame seeds – enjoy hot!
