Recipe of High Protein Bread Rolls
- 2 oats-wheat bread slices
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 small boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 80g paneer (crumbled)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
Salt, black pepper & chaat masala – to taste
Method :
- Mix mashed potato, paneer, onion, green chilli & spices
- Trim bread edges, slightly wet & flatten
- Add stuffing, roll, seal, and toast on a pan with olive oil
- Cook until golden brown – enjoy with curd or chutney
