Ingredients:
- 400g Greek yogurt
- 2 large Alphonso mangoes (pulp of 1.5 blended, 0.5 chopped)
- 1-2 tsp honey
Method:
- Blend 1.5 mangoes into a smooth pulp.
- Mix the pulp with Greek yogurt and honey
- Add chopped mango pieces to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
