Batter:
- 1 cup besan
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 1/2 sachet eno
- Water as required (make thick batter)
Potato Filling:
- 2 tsp mustard oil
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp garlic-chilli paste
- 6–7 curry leaves
- 4 tsp haldi
- boiled potatoes (mashed)
- Salt + lemon juice to taste
Saute well, let cool, and make small balls.
Sukhi Chutney:
- Make 1 plain besan toast on tawa (no stuffing), cook till crispy
- Cool and blend it coarsely with:
- Roasted garlic
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
