Black chana salad
Ingredients
Salad Base:
- 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup, bell pepper (chopped) (red, yellow, green)
- 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander
- 1 cup boiled kala chana (black chickpeas)
For Dressing:
- 80g low-fat paneer
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- 2 green chilies
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- Few coriander leaves
Method:
- Blend all dressing ingredients into a smooth paste.
- In a large bowl, mix all salad ingredients.
- Add the dressing and toss well.
- Chill for 10 mins & enjoy fresh!
