Spring Rolls Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Rice paper sheets
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup each of: bell peppers, cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup grated paneer
Method:
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add veggies & spring onions. Stir-fry.
- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce & paneer. Mix well.
- Dip rice paper sheet in water for 50–60 secs.
- Place filling & roll tightly.
- Pan-sear in 1 tsp oil till golden & crisp.
- Serve with homemade schezwan sauce
