Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper sheets
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup each of: bell peppers, cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum
  • 2 tbsp spring onion
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer

Method:

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add veggies & spring onions. Stir-fry.
  3. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce & paneer. Mix well.
  4. Dip rice paper sheet in water for 50–60 secs.
  5. Place filling & roll tightly.
  6. ⁠Pan-sear in 1 tsp oil till golden & crisp.
  7. Serve with homemade schezwan sauce
