Soya Seekh Kebab recipe

Ingredients (Make ~10 kebabs):

  • Soya chunks – 1 cup, soaked in hot water
  • Onion – 1 small
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Green chillies – 1-2
  • Fresh coriander – ½ bunch
  • Lemon juice – 1
  • Paneer – ½ cup, crumbled
  • Potato – 1 small, grated
  • Roasted besan – 3 tbsp
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  • Aamchoor – 1 tsp
  • Oil – for shallow frying

Method (Quick):

  1. Grind soaked soya chunks with onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander.
  2. Mix in paneer, potato, besan, cornflour, spices & lemon juice.
  3. Shape into kebabs around skewers, shallow fry till golden.
  4. Serve with homemade mint chutney & salad.
