Soya Seekh Kebab recipe
Ingredients (Make ~10 kebabs):
- Soya chunks – 1 cup, soaked in hot water
- Onion – 1 small
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Green chillies – 1-2
- Fresh coriander – ½ bunch
- Lemon juice – 1
- Paneer – ½ cup, crumbled
- Potato – 1 small, grated
- Roasted besan – 3 tbsp
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Aamchoor – 1 tsp
- Oil – for shallow frying
Method (Quick):
- Grind soaked soya chunks with onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander.
- Mix in paneer, potato, besan, cornflour, spices & lemon juice.
- Shape into kebabs around skewers, shallow fry till golden.
- Serve with homemade mint chutney & salad.
